Waste land, among grass and other herbs.
Notes:
Suberect herb with main stems ± erect or suberect, not scrambling although tendrillous. Flowers in small secund sessile clusters. Standard 22-24mm long, remaining folded round the shorter wings and keel, light purple, whereas wings and keel are rosy-purple. Typical Vicia sativa grows in the area and looks quite different. Only a few plants of Sykes 455/96 seen.
