Habitat:
Vicinity of house, beneath small Myoporum remnant. Adventive.
Notes:
Clump-forming herb with stout rhizomes. Leaf sheaths pale pink towards base; lamina shining beneath, dull above. Spathe c.17x12cm (one inflorescence measured), apical mucro c.1.5cm long, white, remaining folded towards base. Spadix c.8cm long, slightly tapering, pale yellow. Fertile part c.2cm long. Very few clumps.
