Climbing or rambling shrub, very vigorous. Leaflets medium green, shining above. Flowers not fragrant, 4-5cm across, flattened, deep pink, fading to mauve-pink, double; petals ± curved and revolute; outer ones c.2x2cm obovate. Stamens present.
