Notes:
Two Melicope ternata trees present (the only ones known between Waitotara and Otaki). Trunk 20cm diameter at 1m above ground, branched from near base. Leaves lemon-scented when crushed. Foliage yellow-green; Flowers cream. Fruit. Many seed but no seedlings seen. (Fenced early 1995).
