Habitat:
In deep shade in dry, cool, beech forest. Among rotting logs & leaf litter, no other plants.
Notes:
Bend in tuber flesh coloured. Stems mushroom coloured and streaks pitted - flowers more greenish & white at tips. few (4-5) plants - on others seen.
