Notes:
Over ¼ Century ago I planted a small cocoa-tin full of rooted pieces from near Pukekohe on the banks of a streamlet in the bush at Kaiaka, Mangonui. It spread rapidly, every fresh in the streamlet carry some down to a Tributary of the Kaitaia Stream
