Habitat:
Small mountain beech remnant, in leaf mould beneath canopy.
Notes:
Stems creeping and plant prostrate. Leaves with upper surface prominently marked with dark or olive green horizontal dashes. Flowers 2-lipped; corolla c.2.7cm long. A small patch. Corolla with lower lip +/- horizontal, white c. 1.5cm long to apex of median lobe, this lobe suborbicular, rounded distally; lateral lobes broad and rounded distally. Corolla upper lip curving upwards, deep purple inside, c. 1cm long, bilobed.
