Habitat:
Open, low beech/Dracophyllum forest.
Notes:
Large shrub to about 2.5m high, gnarled and spreading. Bark peeling in large thin flakes, not collected. Leaves shining above, not pungent, yellowish-green. Inflorescence erect. Corolla pink or crimson, 2-3mm long, broad campanulate. Local but there fairly common.
