Habitat:
Seaward side of large sand dunes, open sandy pocket and among adjacent herbs.
Notes:
Slender-stemmed branched herbs, forming small bushes when growing away from other plants. Flowers ?unscented; petal claw c.10mm long; limb 5-10mm long, obovate, emarginate, white, pink to mauve or bluish-mauve, "eye" of corolla white or pale green. Common.
