Notes:
Difficult to determine where Crassula tetramera stops and Crassula sieberiana starts. Crassula tetramera subsp. has dark red foliage and does not root at nodes (looks like a small tree) but forms approaching this occur in Crassula sieberiana. Perianth length very variable even in Crassula sieberiana compare Webb et al (1988). I have examined all of Auckland holdings and conclude this is Crassula sieberiana NOT Crassula tetramera. [Hand P.J. de Lange].
Observed species:
Crassula sieberiana
Xanthoparmelia
Xanthoria ligulata
