Notes:
Disturbed shrubland. Huge adult possibly single plant scrambling up to 6 m over canopy, with seedlings. Growing over towai, kanuka, mapau, gorse, Pseudopanax, Cotoneaster.Weedy ginger, smilax etc. A large area approximately 20m x 40m. Plant sprouting from numerous underground rhizomes. 3 seedlings seen. Specimen spread over 4 sheets (AK 227656-59).
