Duplicate from AK 215699, Auckland Institute and Museum Herbarium, Auckland, New Zealand. From a population of c. 20 2 m high, sparsely branched, erect individuals growing beneath open 10 m kanuka canopy adjacent to large rock outcrop. Petioles conspicuously yellow. This taxon is referred as Hebe "yellow petioles".
