Supplementary remarks:
Leaves shining above and concave (i.e. partly folded); lateral veins ± impressed; the leaf smelling of lemon when bruised. Fruit to c. 5.3 x 5.2 cm, subglobose with rounded apical protuberance, rind medium yellow, granular and rather knobbly (i.e. not a 'Meyer lemon'). Pith c. 1 cm thick (more at top); flesh pale orange, moderately acid to taste. A few flattened abortive seeds only. Possibly Citrus jambhiri.
