Coastal clifftop among Leptinella and Selliera turf.
Notes:
Tufted, blue-green, leaves and culms somewhat flattened towards turf. I am confused in field between this and Poa astonii, also present on cliff faces, more yellow green. (Small form on coastal cliffs grows with larger plants. See Edgar & Connor Fl.N.Z.5: 143 2000, E. Edgar 2.8.2000)
