Habitat:
Coastal makatea forest, middle of rough road, in canopy gap.
Notes:
Branched rather wiry-stemmed herbs. Leaves deep green above, appearing brownish-green in sunlight. Corolla white, 4-5mm long; tube very slender at base; lobes patent and star-like. Common over a short distance of road.Capsule c.2mm long; Seeds c.1.5mm long, transversely grooved dorsally.
