Valley bottom, rank, mostly herb community, tree cleared slope.
Notes:
Straggling, weak-stemmed herb. Flowers flat, to 5cm deep x nearly 5cm across upper petals, purple with dark lines; lower petal c. 3cm wide with base golden. A few plants. Adventive.
