Habitat:
On east-facing slope, old rocky talus, open pockets.
Notes:
Mat-Forming prostrate plant, grey-green, the shoots often purplish. Leaves usually truncate at base. Mature fruits few, when collected, c. 3mm across, red, subglobose. Seed shining black. A few patches. Vegetative parts like those of Einadia allanii. Site needs checking to see if both species grow together.
