Specimen notes
Supplementary remarks:
The reference on the herbarium label to this cultivar is incorrect. The correct reference should be Heenan, P. B. 1994: The origin and identification of Hebe ×franciscana and its cultivars (Scrophulariaceae). Horticulture in New Zealand 5(1): 15-20. Heenan 1994 gives the parentage of this cultivar as Hebe elliptica × (Hebe speciosa × Hebe unknown), and cites this specimen as a chromosome voucher, 2n = 40.
