Habitat:
Near ridge top, semi-open site.
Notes:
Cultivated. Small tree c. 3m high. Foliage +/- forward pointing, appearing almost whorled because of main part of shoot length lacking leaves. Buds scarely resinous. Few cones persisting, symmetric, 3.4-4cm long, in collection.See Cone collection
