Habitat:
Head of valley, near ridge to Avana. Forest on steep slope.
Notes:
Trunk 2-3 metres. Fairly stout. Stipe scales deep brown. Pinnae rachis scabrid below. Pinnules subcoriacous appearing concave from above, deep glossy green on upper side. Fertile pinna on upper one, sterile one a middle one. A small grove.
