Notes:
Common on beach with Acaena pallida, but more abundant in scrub on adjacent hillside especially near the stream. Other species present: Olearia paniculata, Poa cita, Clematis forsteri, and Melicytus crassifolius. (Acaena anserinifolia x pallida, see Silbery).
