Specimen notes
Supplementary remarks:
This specimen has been compared to (holo-) type material of Hypnum tenuirostre Hook. (1819) located in The Natural History Museum, London (BM). I consider it to be taxonomically indistinguishabable from the type specimen. I have recorded details concerning the type specimen in a database, q.v.
