Habitat:
On top of steep bank amongst pines and broom.
Notes:
Small tree 2.5-3m high. Young shoots purple and covered with white hairs. Leaves dull green and with level veins above, greyish-white hairy beneath. Fls almost over, petals c. 2mm diam, orbicular, white, almost patent. Anthers purple. A few scattered bushes only.
