Notes:
Small tree 3-4 metres high with stout trunk and spreading habit. Fruit mostly 12-15 mm diam., globose, shining deep red, sour to taste. Suckering abundantly around for up to 16 metres away. Specimen of sucker shoots [Sheet B].
