Tree. Shoots and petioles dark purple. Leaves somewhat shining above, greyish below. Fruit 1.7-2cm long, ellipsoid-obovoid, +/- dark purple with some light dots, rather compressed laterally with small apical beak. A group of trees and many young plants.
