Habitat:
Remnant of jarrah-marri forest, ± undisturbed, on gentle slope. Sandy with surface laterite upslope.Locally abundant downslope in very shaded, moist area (above Lepidosperma tetraquetrum). Very soft textured leaves. Also Lepidosperma tetraquetrum, Tetraria octandra (immature), Mesomelaena tetragona, Lepidosperma spp. (8937, 8939, 8940, 8942), L. leptostachyum (KW 8938), L. squamatum (KW 8941), Tetraria capillaris (KW 8943) nearby.
