Notes:
In semi-shade. Deciduous, large shrub with several main stems to c.2.5m high. Shoots dark on exposed or upper side. Young leaves reddish-brown. Mature leaves deep shining green above, pale below, bullate. Petals erect, c.4x3mm, broadly obovate to suborbicular, pinkish-white with red streak down centre pf petal outside. Anthers pale pinkish.
