Habitat:
Bank just above road and below artificial forest. Adventive.
Notes:
A . +/- herbaceous. Stems erect or suberect, c.50cm high. Peduncles purplish. Rays 1.8-2.7cm long, broad linear-elliptic, purplish blue on reverse and pinkish-purple on inner face; B. In same small population a few plants of similar habit but with rays white on inner side and bluish-purple on reverse. In both A & B disc is dark blue.
