On bank in old garden, ± north west facing. ± adventive.
Notes:
Sprawling subshrub with +/- woody pencil-thick stems. Leaves succulent thick. T.S. 0.4 mm deep +/- elliptic-spathulate; shining green, red margined towards apex. Infl. branches with +/- secund flowers. Corolla stellate; petals yellow, c.8mm long, lanceolate. Just commencing to flower. A few clumps at this site
