Notes:
Typical form growing with atypical C.orbiculata form. See CHR 436668. Stems similar, white bloomy. Leaves opposite, 9-10 x 5-8cm, about 0.5cm thick, broad obovate, green with white bloom, margin relatively mucronuate, not concave above. Scape c.30 cm long, green with white bloom. Bracts 0.8-1.5 cm, lanceolate or lanceolate-oblong, coloured leaves. Flowers nodding. Calyx c.0.5cm long, more or less green, white bloomy, lobednearly to base, lobes triangular. Corolla bright orange with yellowish tube on lower side, c. 3.5cm long; tube c. 2 cm long, slightly bulging in middle; lobes narrow triangular, reflexing. Free part of filaments c. 2.2cm long, yellow. Styles and ovaries green.
