Supplementary remarks:
Two possible localities for Mt. Charles, Otago, have been found.
Mt Charles, near Herbert, with a height of 221 m, is too low for the 1200' John Child cited.
Mt Charles / Poatiri, Otago Peninsula, with a height of 408 m, is therefore the more likely locality for this specimen.
