Habitat:
Open frame used in the past as plunging pit.
Notes:
Herb with short rhizomes. Stems red, wings becoming green higher up. Leaves with marginal black glands, these present but more scattered on stems & calyces. Petals yellow; 6-7xc.3mm, ovate-oblong occasional marginal black gland. Spontaneous plants-few with no known record of introduction.
