Notes:
Adventive, straggling shrub nearly a metre high, aromatic (currant-scented) when bruised. Inflorescences pendulous. Flowers pale pink, almost whitish at anthesis, stalked glands prominent, calyx tube about 4mm, calyx lobes c. 6mm, spreading, elliptic oblong, tending somewhat obovate. Petals 4-5mm long, clawed, obovate-spathulate, white becoming pink, glabrate. Stamens white. Stigma green; style green to reddish in upper part.
