Moist area near river; common at this locality. Mature Nothofagus fusca - Nothofagus menziesii forest with Weinmannia, Dicksonia squarrosa, Coprosma australe, Pseudopanax crassifolium and Pseudowintera colorata; developed on siltstone bedrock and low alluvial terrace. Elevation: 137m - 183m.
