Stem sheath and outer corm scales ± purple; flowers second; perianth strongly irregular; three posterior tepals 9-10 cm, curving forwards; tube green; limb 5-5.5 cm × 2.5-3 cm; scarlet; three lower tepals strongly recurved; tube green; limb yellow with scarlet towards apex and dark red central line; middle longer one about 3.5 cm × 2 cm; all tepals mucronate; filaments pinkish; stigmas pink; naturalized.
