Habitat:
Growing on top of thick bog like moss cover at least 1 ft thick organic, an abundance of fern. Fern (693) rising just above moss vegetation low plants collected in open, windy almost vertical slope in clouds.
Notes:
Small erect herb spreading by runners locally abundant but inconspicuous. Rays white, disk yellow. Seemingly local.
