Notes:
Caulescent herb with several delicate stems, probably perennial. Lamina 1-1.5 × 0.5-0.7 cm, entire or slightly crenulate. Corolla c. 4 mm; lobes plae blue; tube whitish. 3 lower lobes with scattered hairs inside, especially near midvein. Style c. 2.5 mm. Capsules c. 2.5 mm, obovoid. Seed 0.2-0.3 mm, oblong, shining brown.
