Specimen notes
Herbarium history:
The Carse Herbarium No. 339/2 Canterbury Museum, Christchurch, N.Z.
Herbarium history:
Transferred from Canterbury Museum, Christchurch (CANTY) May 1975
Supplementary remarks:
No. 2 (=339/2) agrees with what we regard as Scirpus fluitans var. productus R.H. Anderson B.Sc. National Herbarium, Sydney
[H Carse], 8th May 1925
Supplementary remarks:
339/2 Scirpus fluitans. I have compared this with a specimen collected in France. It agrees in its general habit but differs in the leaves being much narrower and being slightly hairy on the margins.
