Inflr erect. 2.5-4(5-5)cm long densely racemose with [illegible] stout to rigid rhachin & pedicels. Leaves somewhat thick, fairly broad (1:3) & notably spinose: spines weak, 5-9 mm; fruit oblong globose 9x7-8 mm.
