Hebe unnamed sp. ("Manaia"). Leaf buds without sinus, flowers white, fringed very pale lilac (blue colour of spec. only apparent after drying); flowers markedly assymmetrical; margins of calyx lobes minutely ciliate; corolla tube = or < calyx; corolla lobes acute.
