Habitat:
Sloping swamp with Schoenus pauciflorus.
Notes:
These large plants grow on alpine bluffs and swamps, distinguished from the small grassland form (cf. uniflora) in absence of long jointed hairs on back of leaf and abundance of short, stiff, often glandular hairs, especially on leaf margins.
