"The specimen sent resembles closely a common form widely spread in tropical countries. It is however scarcely the genuine D. parasitica (l) and should probably be named D. dentata (Forsk) C. Chr. The genuine D. parasitica (L) is Chinese and, inter alia, characterized by the frond not being narrowed downwards"
