Notes:
Female inflorescence 5ft. high, 30 ins. [inches] to first bract, lower bracts spreading, upper strongly reflexed, golden. Outer leaves 30-40ins. long, the base 7-8½ ins. long, 2½-3¼ins. wide, stipules 8-14ins. long unequal leaf segments, stiff, coriaceous with tips flat, rigid, margins yellowish, smooth or sparsely, minutely serrulate.
