The holotype is cited as "MC, Craigieburn, Cave Stream, 1000 m, 14 April 1968, Baker in Horak 68-218 (holotype, PDD; isotype, ZT)." PDD has no collections from this location at this time and nothing labelled 68-218. The holotype must remain in Horak's private collection.
