Two specimens accessioned as PDD 46792. This specimen and PDD 88490 Hypocrea sp. However PDD 46792 cited as type in protologue of of Hypocrea novaezelandiae Samuels & O.Petrini so data entry for PDD 88490 changed to PDD 46792 and this specimen reaccessioned as PDD 88490. This F. Luteum specimen cited Pennycook, S.R. & Samuels, G.J., Botryosphaeria and Fusicoccum species associated with ripe fruit rot of Actinidia deliciosa (kiwifruit) in New Zealand.
