Public Note:
[PL] keys to L. fuscovinacea FAN5 but is a poor fit. Cap shallowly convex, covered in dark vinaceous to almost black lannose mat at centre breaking into squamules at margin. Gills free, crowsed cream. Stipe cylindrical with sheathing ring to 4/5 height with dark vinaceous brown squamules. Spores white, small 4 x 2.5um, ellipsoid. [JAC] no clmaps, another leucoagaricus, identical to 12790. pink gills seems to be distinctive. Cap hyphae with diffuse brown plasmatic content and dark brown granules. Cystidia basidiolar. 4-spored. patchily dextrinoid. spores length=4.5-5.7µm (µ=5.2, σ=0.29), width=3.2-4.1µm (µ=3.5, σ=0.21), Q=1.3-1.7µm (µ=1.48, σ=0.10), n=20
