Specimen notes
Public Note:
gills with droplets, cap sticky, smell raddish, base slightly bulbous, with cystidia long entire length, taste mild. Spores not dextrinoid, amygdaloid, without perispore. FN2 Hebeloma or Denudata. cystidia <7 x 40um. spores length=6.6-7.9µm (µ=7.3, σ=0.35), width=3.3-4.0µm (µ=3.7, σ=0.21), Q=1.8-2.3µm (µ=2.00, σ=0.11), n=20. H.c. despite small width of spores. With either betula or pinus. Poor sequence says velutipes, despite non dextrinoid spores and tears on gills? Will ignore it.
