Specimen notes
Public Note:
Sample 34 from seedling innoculation experiment, ex 14. The only one of 40 seedlings affected which were sprayed or had agar plugs inserted under bark. This one had a plug inserted. 2 years later. This plant has died from die-back. Adjacent pustules are dominated by either A or B conidia but not much mixing. Koch's postulate satisfied in this one instance!
