FeSO4 purple on peridium. With gelatinous inner wall that is not red. Gleba strongly gelatinised. Utricle often present. length=6.0–6.6µm (µ=6.4, σ=0.17), width=2.9–3.4µm (µ=3.2, σ=0.15), Q=1.8–2.2µm (µ=2.02, σ=0.13), n=12. Spore isze too small for Hysterangium/Gallacea.. Same as 12506
