Public Note:
FeSO4 pink, guiac nil, taste mild then slightly bitter with time (mild quinine, back of throat bitter), stem stuffed. Gill edge concolorous, cap peeling 1/4, edge slightly pectinate. Cap with purple hues when young, becoming greener and paler with age, polished. Cap viscid in centre and encrusting litter. I thought there formed a continuum with the next collection (11745) but too many differences, however will be interesting to see differences from R. griseoviridis. Note that this reserve is home to a paratype of R. australis. with DNA tube
